Recommencement Plan

The health and safety of our conference attendees is our foremost concern: this is the touchstone for every anti-infection measure defined in the SAFE EVENTS plan for the resumption of conference activities.

A set of well-defined and codified actions resulting from intense teamwork: in fully implementing the guidelines drawn up by Federcongressi & Eventi and regulated in the annex to the Prime Ministerial Decree of 14 July 2020 and confirmed by art. 7 of Law Decree 22 April 2021, we have studied application methods that allow us to ensure maximum health safety without weighing down or making the congress attendees’ experience at the fair more complicated.

AMPLE PHYSICAL SPACE AND GUARANTEED SOCIAL DISTANCING

Spazio Eventi Padova holds an advantage over many facilities due to its large indoor and outdoor areas which easily guarantee social distancing in every situation without having to make radical changes to the conference layout or limit its deployment.

The following is a step-by-step passage through these new measures:

ACCESS AND RECEPTIONS

  • Exhibitors and visitors are NOT required to present any certification to gain access to the trade fair and its events
  • Increased online ticketing service and data collection

  • Stewards to minimise queuing and respect social distancing

  • As a further guarantee for safety, all personnel* involved in activities connected with the organization of the trade fair are required to have a green Covid-19 certificate proving that they have been vaccinated, they have recovered from Covid or they have taken a Covid-19 test which resulted as negative (valid for 48 hours)
  • Health check by body-temperature scanning

  • Compulsory face masks

  • Sufficient supplies of disinfectant gel

  • Checkroom managed in compliance with anti-contagion measures

  • Multiple routes designed to prevent gatherings

CONFERENCE AREAS

  • Daily cleaning and regular sanitizing of collective areas

  • Wide corridors to ensure social distancing

  • Continuous presence of qualified staff, trained to monitor regulatory compliance and provide information

  • Totem and information displays on health-safety measures

  • Regularly maintained ventilation equipment

  • Disinfection of microphones and all technical devices

CONFERENCE AREAS

  • Daily cleaning and regular sanitizing of collective areas

  • Wide corridors to ensure social distancing

CONTINGENCY PLAN AND OPTIONAL SERVICES

  • Premises earmarked for emergencies and a permanent medical centre

  • In the event of potentially suspicious situations, a contingency plan will be triggered

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

At the customer’s request, the possibility of activating on-site:

  • A dedicated healthcare area/team
  • A swab point to offer conference attendees the opportunity to undergo the test in order to fulfill the obligation of a rapid or molecular swab required for returning to some foreign countries
